The house is 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with an attached two-story workshop and one car garage. Both air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the second floor and have en suite bathrooms, with a laundry room in the hallway between them. The first floor has an open floor plan with a sunroom/dining room, kitchen/lounge, pantry, half-bathroom, living room, and mudroom. There are also three fireplaces and a working bread oven built around a central chimney.

Attached to the living space is a two-story workshop. Its second floor has one large open room and a smaller studio or office, both with solid pine floors; the first story is flexible in terms of use and has a concrete floor.

A one-car garage attached to the workshop is used as a simple woodshop with a table saw, mitre saw, bench, and variety of hand tools.

There is a saltwater pool, fire pit, and freestanding wood-fired sauna with changing room off the south side of the house. Behind the sauna is an outdoor shower and bathtub.

In exchange for the care of the house and grounds free stays will be available during select times of year.

Meetinghouse Road is approximately 3 hours by car from New York City and 1.5 hours from Boston.
